If you’ve misplaced the charger for your device, send us an email at [email protected] with the product name (as it appears on the packaging), your shipping address, and your contact information. We’ll revert back to you with a solution. We recommend that you don’t use a different charger for your product
If your product is defective, you can send us a short video showing the issue, the batch number if it is an electric massager (located under the product), and a copy of your purchase receipt to [email protected] and our customer service team will revert back to you with a solution.
