Our products are available for purchase at our airport spas and in selected retail stores inside airports. Visit our page find a retailer to look at the closest location.
- How do I use my product?
The instructions on how to use your product are written on the packaging or in the user guide inside the massager’s box. If you still have questions, you can email us at [email protected].
- I have lost the product charger, how can I replace it?
If you’ve misplaced the charger for your device, send us an email at [email protected] with the product name (as it appears on the packaging), your shipping address, and your contact information. We’ll revert back to you with a solution. We recommend that you don’t use a different charger for your product
- My product is defective.
If your product is defective, you can send us a short video showing the issue, the batch number if it is an electric massager (located under the product), and a copy of your purchase receipt to [email protected] and our customer service team will revert back to you with a solution.
- How can I register my product for warranty?
To register your product for warranty, you can fill out this form and your product will be registered with us for 2 years.
